This is not the first instance. Earlier, posts related to Rahul Gandhi and Congress were also taken down without any clear explanation.

The repeated removals raise serious concerns, especially when no proper reason is provided. It creates an impression that certain political content is being selectively targeted.

India currently ranks 157 out of 180 countries in the 2026 World Press Freedom Index released by Reporters Without Borders, behind Bangladesh (152) and Pakistan (153).

These developments raise important questions about the state of freedom of speech in the country.
