Haryana: North India’s first park for specially-abled children has been built at Town Park in Sector 5, Panchkula. The park, built at an estimate of Rs 65-70 Lakhs, has been developed by Dept of Social Justice and Empowerment in association with Reliance Foundation. (30.09)
