ONGC Assam Asset successfully conducts Offsite Mock Drill on 24 September 2025

ONGC Assam Asset successfully conducted a Level-3 Offsite Emergency Mock Drill on 24 September 2025 at Well LKW#544Z / WOR SKP-160-1 situated at Mohandeodhai Gaon, Amlokhi Deohal, in collaboration with the District Administration, Sivasagar, mutual aid partners and other stakeholders.

The exercise was carried out in the presence of ED-Asset Manager Bhaskar Chowdary Nettem, and witnessed by participants from District Administration, Oil India Limited (OIL), Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), State Fire Service along with other partner agencies.

Glimpses of mock drill
The mock drill successfully demonstrated the preparedness, response capability and inter-agency coordination in the event of an emergency. Such initiatives reaffirm ONGC’s commitment to the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and environmental sustainability, while also strengthening synergy between ONGC, the district administration, and partner organization.

ONGC acknowledges the guidance and co-operation of the District Administration, NDRF, Civil Defence and mutual aid partners – OIL and BCPL in the exercise.
