Cong MP Ripun Bora gives notice in Rajya Sabha to introduce Assamese, postpone summer vacation by 2 months in Kendriya Vidyalaya in Assam. Assamese is only taught as additional subjects from Classes 6 to 8. Vacation given from May to June, but summer starts from July to August.
