Sunidhi Chauhan Brings ‘I Am Home India Tour’ to Assam’s Guwahati This October
GUWAHATI: Bollywood playback singer Sunidhi Chauhan will perform in Guwahati, Assam, on October 31, as part of her “I Am Home India Tour 2026”.
The concert is scheduled at Veterinary College Field in Khanapara. It marks Chauhan’s first major solo show in the city in recent years.
Chauhan rose to fame in 1996 after winning the television singing contest “Meri Awaaz Suno”. She has since built a career spanning nearly three decades and has recorded thousands of songs across Bollywood and regional films. Her hits include “Sheila Ki Jawani”, “Beedi Jalaile” and “Desi Girl”.
The “I Am Home India Tour” began in 2023 with a sold-out show in Dubai, followed by stops in London, Singapore and the United States. Chauhan brought the tour to India in December 2025, covering cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Chennai. Guwahati now joins the tour’s growing list of Indian stops.
Tickets for the Guwahati concert are available on District by Zomato, starting at 999 rupees.
Organisers have not yet confirmed the show’s timing or full lineup of supporting acts. More details are expected in the coming weeks.
The concert adds to a busy season of live music in Guwahati, with several other major artists also scheduled to perform in the city this year.
Fans are encouraged to book early, as tickets for Chauhan’s previous tour stops have sold out quickly.
