Suspected Drugs Seized During Raid in Maligaon, One Held

Guwahati: Jalukbari Police, assisted by personnel from the Maligaon Outpost, conducted a raid at Kalita Chowk in Adinggiri Nagar, Maligaon, and seized around 26 grams of suspected drugs.

The operation was carried out following information about alleged drug-related activities in the area. Police reportedly searched a residence and recovered the suspected contraband.

A man identified as Suchil Das was apprehended in connection with the case. Police also seized a four-wheeler and a two-wheeler allegedly linked to him.

The seized substances and vehicles have been taken into custody as part of the ongoing investigation. Police are examining the alleged network and activities surrounding the case.
