UPPL declared Mantu Baro as their candidate from 22 No. Koklabari, BTC constituency for the upcoming polls scheduled on June 8.
Notably, the bye poll in the Koklabari constituency has been necessitated following BTR CEM Pramod Boro’s resignation as MCLA from the Koklabari constituency after being elected as MCLA from the Goybari constituency after holding the existing BTR CEM position.
It is to be mentioned that the last date of the nomination was fixed for May 23, scrutinization on May 24, and the poll will take place on June 8.
The counting will be taking place on June 12. The total numbers of voters are 72,416 and the total number of polling stations is 97.
