PALASBARI,Feb 22: The Magic Bus India foundation, a non-government organisation, organised an awareness meet on ‘Menstrual health and hygiene management’ on Thursday in a befitting manner.
The event was held in the auditorium of the Bartari Anchalik High school in Kamrup district.
Inaugurating the programme, Hiranya Bairagi,Cluster manager of the NGO , said that menstruation is a natural process and the girls should be aware of the hygiene that they need to maintain during menstruation.
Attending the event, State project officer Nazifa Hazarika Ahmed explained in details about the ‘Menstrual health and hygiene management’.
The event was attended by Head teacher of Bartari Anchalik High school, NGO staffs Sumi Kalita ,Utpal Das and all the guardians of the students.
