Actress Kiara Advani embarked on a journey to France on Thursday morning, poised to represent India at the prestigious Women in Cinema Gala dinner held at Cannes. Mumbai’s paparazzi captured her departure, showcasing Kiara in a chic ensemble—a white t-shirt layered with a beige vest sweater, a long coat draped elegantly over her shoulders, paired with matching pants and shoes, exuding undeniable charm and style.

Opting for minimal makeup and sporting a high bun, Kiara radiated airport glam, complemented by a pair of shades that added an extra touch of sophistication to her look. Her participation at the Red Sea Film Foundation’s Women in Cinema Gala dinner underscores India’s burgeoning influence in the global cinematic sphere, an event hosted by Vanity Fair during the Cannes festival.

This gathering celebrates the achievements of women across the globe in the entertainment industry. Joining Kiara at Cannes is the seasoned Cannes attendee Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aditi Rao Hydari, serving as one of the brand ambassadors for L’Oreal Paris.

In a recent conversation with ANI, Aditi shared her anticipation for the festival, particularly for her film “Lioness,” an Indo-British production highlighting the suffragette movement. Aditi, a Cannes veteran, reminisced about her previous appearances, setting the stage for her upcoming ventures.

The Cannes Film Festival commenced with the premiere of Quentin Dupieux’s ‘Le Deuxieme Acte (The Second Act),’ featuring a stellar cast including Lea Seydoux, Vincent Lindon, Louis Garrel, and Raphael Quenard.

On the professional front, Kiara gears up for her role in the Ram Charan-starrer ‘Game Changer,’ a political action thriller directed by S. Shankar, scheduled to hit screens soon. Additionally, she ventures into the YRF spy universe alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR in ‘WAR 2,’ and also stars in ‘Don 3’ alongside Ranveer Singh. Reports hint at Kiara’s presence in ‘Toxic’ alongside Yash and Kareena Kapoor Khan, promising an exciting lineup ahead.
