Lovlina Borgohain, an Indian amateur boxer who won a bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the women’s welterweight event, becoming only the third Indian boxer to win a medal at the Olympics received the 2020 Arjuna Award memento on Monday, November 1.
Taking to Twitter, Lovlina announced this heartwarming disclosure with a caption, “Really very happy to receive the Arjuna award memento today.”
Recently, the Assam government decided to approve the appointment of Olympic medal-winning boxer Lovlina Borgohain as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of Assam police.
