As curtains came down on the Congress plenary in Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur, the party said it is planning a new mass contact programme similar to the Bharat Jodo Yatra, this time cross-country march from east to west.
The Congress is looking to keep the programme’s momentum till the national election next year. The new yatra is under consideration and is yet to take any form or shape, sources said.
