A Karnataka based student of IIT Guwahati was found hanging from her hostel fan inside IIT Guwahati Campus today.
The student left a suicide note behind her stating her desire to become a teacher rather than an Engineer.
According to sources, the student had been under tremendous pressure in terms of pursuing Engineering before landing at the ultimate decision.
This very incident has kindled many questions in regard to mental health issues of students and awarness related to it around the state.
