Meerut police assaults interfaith couple

In another disgraceful and shamful act administered by police, Meerut police abused a girl for dating a Muslim boy.

According to sources, goons of Vishwa Hindu Parishad had been harassing an interfaith couple in the name of love jihad before handing them to police from Meerut medical premises on Sunday.

However, after detaining the couple for further investigation police also started assaulting the Hindu girl for having an affair with the Muslim boy inside the police van in which the girl was being carried to the police station.

This shameful act by police has proven the severity of criminal offenses in the country, where the saviour turned into the offender in real sense.
