UPPL Women’s Wing Holds Awareness Meet

Kokrajhar, July 23: A Women Awareness Meeting was organized by the United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) Kokrajhar District Committee – Women Wing, under the Deborgaon Constituency, at Bhotgaon Titaguri VCDC, Kokrajhar today.

The programme aimed to engage local women in discussions around social awareness, political participation, and empowerment.

The meeting was graced by UPPL Women Wing President Pratibha Brahma, Kokrajhar East MLA Lawrence Islary, MCLA Reoreoa Narzihary along with other senior leaders of the party. Speakers emphasized the importance of women’s active role in grassroots leadership and development under the BTR government.
