BTC EM Wilson Hasda on Thursday distributed roofing sheets to Machangdoba L.P. School in Kokrajhar after the roofing sheets were damaged in the rains and hailstorms in the area.
“Distributed new roofing sheets to Machangdoba L.P. School, Kokrajhar as earlier sheets got destroyed by recent rains and hailstorm.
Students and teachers can now heave a sigh of relief.
This noble effort was undertaken at the instruction of MLA Shri Jiron Basumatary and with the support of Sub-Divisional Officer Gossaigaon, Masanda Pertin.
The Headmistress of Machangdoba L.P. School, Gossaigaon BDO, Gossaigaon Circle Officer were present during the distribution.

Earlier, Hasda along with other ministers and various department officials of BTR met the hailstorm-affected people and offered financial aid, roofing sheets, and Tarpaulin to the affected.
