Miss Teen Earth India Aishwariya Malang Receives Hero’s Welcome in Meghalaya
Shillong: Meghalaya celebrated one of its brightest young achievers as Miss Teen Earth India Aishwariya Malang returned home to a grand and emotional welcome. Hundreds of well wishers lined the streets, waving flags, cheering, and showering her with love as she made her way through the city in a celebratory roadshow.
Wearing her crown and Miss Teen Earth India sash, Aishwariya greeted supporters with folded hands, waved to the crowd, and thanked everyone for the overwhelming affection. The celebration reflected the immense pride felt across the state, with people from different walks of life coming together to honour her remarkable achievement.
Speaking on the occasion, Anthony Lyngdoh congratulated Aishwariya and applauded her dedication behind the title.
“I feel very happy that a daughter of our state has achieved such a prestigious award. It is not an easy task where you simply go and receive it. Aishwariya has actually fought for it, and because she was the best, she was awarded the title. It is a great achievement not just for Meghalaya but for the entire Northeast. My best wishes to her for her future endeavours.”
Lyngdoh further added: “I am not into these modelling stuff much, but I am happy that our state is moving ahead in all directions.”
