Mumbai businessman offers donation of 110 cr to Pulwama martyrs.

In an exceptional way to help Pulwama martyrs in the tough situation, the 44-year-old man identified as Murtaza A Hamid who is a Mumbai-based businessman has offered the biggest ever donation of Rs 110 crore from his taxable income to the PM’s National Relief Fund. The entire money will now go to the families of the Pulwama martyrs.

Hailing from Kota, the Mumbai-based businessman sent an email and then sought an important appointment to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this matter. Digging a bit deep about his personal life, Hamid is visually impaired by birth. He had graduated from Government Commerce College. Now, he is currently working as a scientist and researcher in Mumbai.

Speaking to ANI over the phone call, Hamid told what really inspired him to provide timely assistance to Pulwama martyrs’ families, “The inspiration to help and support those who lay down their lives for our motherland should be in the blood of every citizen of the country.”
