আছুৰ ডিব্ৰুগড় জিলা সমিতিৰ প্ৰাক্তন সভাপতি লিখন বৰুৱা। মাতৃলৈ ৪ পৃষ্ঠাজোৰা চিঠি লিখি নিজ ঘৰৰ পৰা নিৰুদ্দেশ লিখন বৰুৱাৰ। প্ৰায় ১০ দিন পূৰ্বে ঘৰৰ পৰা নিৰুদ্দেশ হৈছে লিখন বৰুৱা। ডিব্ৰুগড়ৰ লাহোৱাল সমষ্টিৰ ৰহমৰীয়াত ঘৰ লিখন বৰুৱাৰ। ২০২১ত অসম জাতীয় পৰিষদৰ হৈ অৱতীৰ্ণ হৈছিল নিৰ্বাচনত। লাহোৱাল সমষ্টিৰ পৰা নিৰ্বাচনত কৰিছিল প্ৰতিদ্বন্দ্বিতা।
